So, this is my first attempt at writing a blog...I hope it is interesting.  My name is John and I turned 41 recently.  I work as a defense contractor for Booz Allen on Ft. Gordon, GA supporting the US Army.  I am also a Captain in the Air Force reserve and do my reserve time in Charleston, SC.  In my 'free time' I run a small business out of my home.  I am married and have two sons ages 10 and 5.  I am politically conservative and somewhat passionate about the United States, our Constitution and the role of the free market.  However, I always appreciate spirited debate as it is the way we learn from each other.
